Sand Sports Super Show –– known as “the biggest and most exciting dune and dirt sports EXPO in the world” –– saw a plethora of new products unveiled from some of the leading brands in the off-road industry.

With a patent-pending design, the Inner Lock Hellfire wheels from Assault Industries bring something entirely new to the off-road industry. While still securing the tire, there are no external pins/bolts on the outer wheel which can otherwise be damaged or sheared off in the case of traditional beadlock tires –– all while providing the same bead retention performance. The InnerLock Hellfire wheels most likely require installation by a professional tire company, but the tires certainly won’t be getting ripped off the wheel after that –– no matter the pressure. The locks are inserted after the bead of the tire is set, and despite providing an airtight seal, Assault even provides extra O-rings just in case.

Additionally, the wheels manage to be some of the lightest beadlock wheels on the market, coming in at only 16.3 lbs. for a 15×7, and likewise shaving considerable load off your vehicle.

The wheels come in Black & Graphite, and are available in 15×7 and 15×10 with 4×156 & 4×137 bolt patterns.

Building on the XC seat design but enhancing it with new features, the new XCR seat from PRP has a removable bottom cushion, two neck slots to keep harness straps separated and in place while also eliminating the need for a sternum strap, and an ergonomic design with less steep sides –– making it easier to get in and out of the vehicle and more comfortable for riders with broad shoulders. The removable cushion not only makes for easy cleaning but also allows for the seat’s suspension to function without the interference of the fabric and stitching of a fully integrated seat. As well as a new inner liner, the XCR features a crotch strap for 5th point harness attachment.

Since starting in the founder’s garage over 25 years ago, PRP Seats have always been made in America. Their staff of over 40 individuals works up to 6 days a week producing custom suspension seating and accessories.

The newest intercom from Rugged Radios, the STX launched this past week –– essentially building upon the 696+ design and adding features. If you care about music, you’ll definitely want the STX. With true stereo audio, you no longer have to settle for mono sound; the equalizer (EQ) app provides great adjustability for tuning the music just the way you like. The STX also introduced “Isolation Mode” which separates the front and rear audio and comes in handy when families want to mute the noisy kids in the back.

When everyone is together, everything is voice-activated. When using Isolation Mode, the back seat works using a live mic.

Providing an ideal budget option that still has an edge over that which comes stock from the factory, HCR put years of expertise into their Sportline suspension. Less than half the cost of their premium line of suspension, the Sportline uses mild steel and comes mig instead of tig welded in order to minimize cost while still maintaining strength. A 100% bolt-on design and compatibility with factory stock shocks make for quick & easy installation. Laser cut and bent into the proper shape, once the Sportline is finished and installed it also adds roughly an inch and a half of ground clearance.

Sportline Suspension is available for Polaris RZR Turbo S, Polaris RZR Pro XP, and Can-Am Maverick X3 XRS.

SS Works Phase EQ Amplifier

SSV Works unveiled their new Phase EQ amp designed specifically for Powersports use. It comes with a new rocker switch for selecting between Ride and Rock mode, the latter of which is better for camp, projecting sound outward, as opposed to focussing the music toward the inside of the vehicle as is the case when using Ride mode, which helps compensate for engine noise to deliver the best audio experience to the driver and passenger. With an IP66 waterproof rating and superior audio quality, it’s sure to become the new standard in off-road amps.

Founded in 2006, SSV Works has since become a global leader in designing the market’s best off-road, weatherproof audio systems for today’s hottest and most popular UTVs.

New to the market in 2022 and debuted at the King of the Hammers, System 3 Off-Road’s XC450 tire offers versatility with a mixed tread pattern and tight center-block spacing & open channel shoulders that offers a smooth and comfortable ride on either hard or loose terrain. Based on the XCR 370, this 10 ply tire means business. The predictable but open-spaced lugs on the side handle loose, rocky terrain with ease.

A deep rim guard also offers extra wheel protection, while tread depth on the tire varies from 0.70” to 0.85”.”

The new ECS2 (External Cooling System 2) from FOX introduces a unique application for the off-road industry to keep shock oil temperatures cool. Especially when racing, but also whenever riding fast for extended durations, the shock heats up significantly and decreases the viscosity of the shock oil. When the characteristics of the oil change in such a way, it pushes the shock past its ideal operating zone –– lessening damping forces and overall controllability.

As a heat exchanger, the ECS2 works to minimize any increases in temperature to provide consistent damping.

Professional installation is required by Shock Therapy in Phoenix, Arizona, or the FOX Midwest Service Center in Baxter, Minnesota. Fitment options and pricing are based on your existing FOX shocks.

Gen 2 Can-Am X3 Winch Bumper

TMW Gen 2 Can-Am X3 Winch Bumper

TMW took their already awesome Can-Am Maverick X3 Winch front bumper and made it even better by adding compatibility with the Warn Axon 55S winch. Despite the added strength and functionality that comes with having a winch, the sleek and slim design of the bumper keeps your X3 looking showroom ready.
